There is no report on finances for rentals. We have had a substantial drop off in rents since March, which skews the numbers significantly. You can see the difference on the 2019-20 fiscal report.

Personnel Team
We are blessed to have an extraordinary staff here at First Churches. Profound gratitude and appreciation to the staff who started the new year with Pastor Sarah at the helm, ably assisted by Rev. Laura Dalton as Pastor Todd “sabbaticaled” -returning in August. The Church year started with some financial uncertainty and then the pandemic arrived. The staff – Pastors, music minister, church administrator & sexton – all played an important role in ending the Church year on a positive note.
The Personnel Team managed the hiring of a new Church Administrator in July (after a hiring of a new sexton (Andrew) in June). Melinda Shaw, a very capable and experienced administrator joined the staff in July. Both Melinda and Andrew brought new gifts of expertise, dedication and experience that has support the growth of our congregation this past year.
The Personnel Team to put in place some systems to address challenges faced with the transition of staff and also facilitated a modification to Pastor Todd’s call agreement so clarify guidelines for his professional work as a life coach outside of pastoral duties.
