TurningPointwasrecentlyrecognizedbytheMontereyCountyWorkforceDevelopmentBoardfortheirsucesfulstart-up ofthenewPrisontoEmploymentprogram.ItwasacknowledgedthatTurningPointlaunchedadifficultprogram during theonsetofCOVID-19,yethas7enroledcustomers,astrongreferalbaseandaneffectivecolaborativewithState Parole. eMontereyCountyTPProgram wascomplimentedforbeingthe􏰁rstPrisontoEmploymentProgram outofthe
fourintheCoastalRegiontohaveenrolments,particularlywiththepandemicchalenges.
