W H O W E ARE:
 eRuralMentalHealth(RMH)program isproudtoprovideoutpatientmentalhealthservicestochildrenandadults thatliveinruralFresnoCounty. eRuralMentalHealth(RMH)Program isaMentalHealthServicesAct(MHSA) fundedFul-ServicePartnership(FSP),IntensiveCaseManagement(ICM),andOutpatient(OP)treatmentprogram. RMH isdedicatedtoempoweringitsconsumerstorecognizetheirstrengthsandabilitiestoregainwelnessucesfuly andachieveindependenceandself-sufficiencyinthecommunity.Servicesprovidedinclude24/7crisisresponse,mental healthservices,psychiatricandnursingservices,rehabilitationservicesfocusingonlifeskilsandsymptom management
ervices. epopulationfortheFSPprogram includesadultswithseverementalilnes (SMI),childrenwithseriousemotionaldisturbance(SED),andadults/childrenwhohavehadrecentadmisionstothe County’scrisisinterventionservices.FSPservicesareavailable24hoursperday,sevendaysperwek. eFSPprogram
serves176clientsatanygiventime.eICM populationincludesadultswithseverementalilnesandchildrenwith seriousemotionaldisturbancewhoareinnedofongoingcommunity-basedservices. eICM program serves1978 clientsayear.Ingeneral,theOPpopulationisabletosustainalargelyindependentleveloffunctioning. eOP

 eRMH program continuestoserveabovethenumberofexpecteduniqueclientsannualyinOP,ICM andFSPprograms.  eprogram increasedthetotalnumberservedby5% from theyearprior.Duringthepast􏰀scalyear,theprogram has preventedandsigni􏰀cantlyreducedthenumberofFSPclientsexperiencingpsychiatrichospitalizations,incarcerations, homelesnes,andmedicaloremergencyroom visitspostprogram enrolment.ICM levelclientsexperiencingapsychiatric hospitalizationremainedsigni􏰀cantlylow at6% ofthepopulationserved. eprogram observedpositiverecoverytrends
