My aim in this project was to design an
urban hub that will break the monotony
of the buildings in Pune, so an organic Stage 1
form was chosen. The programs are
placed in such a way that all the activities
are connected to one another which
creates an interaction between peoples.
The form of the building is such that it
will create more shaded areas. Previously
the area lacked green scape hence the
ground cover is designed with landscape. Stage 2 Site Analysis
