concept:
The aim was to create a building that will
attract more and more people. So, the
intention was to provide all the guest
rooms and the public services facing
towards the Golf course.The form of the
building will play a major role in attracting
the people.

hotel room layout:
Single occupancy: 30 sq.m
Double occupancy: 60 sq.m
All guest rooms had a view of the golf
course. The balconies itself created a
interesting form of the building. The
ducts also formed a part of the design
because the were treated very well.
