concept:
The designing of the floor plate is inspired by the ripples that are formed be water.
These rippled shaped balconies are acting as a common passage where there would be
vertical as well as horizontal interaction between the community. The massing breaks
from the fourth floor; this creates a terrace which is used for urban farming.
