Table 7. List of Punishable Offenses
OFFENSES

4.18.1. Non-performance of any of the prescribed functions and contractual obligations.

4. 18.2. Tardiness/absences without justification, part from sickness, beyond 10% of the last
meetings of the faculty during the semester.

4. 18.3. Repeated and unjustified failure to submit grades and other required documents within set
deadlines.

4. 18.4. Non-attendance in University/ Department meetings and other official activities without any
good and valid reason.

4. 18.5. Except in emergencies, absence for a week without previous notice or arrangement or
approval by the Department Head and/ or Dean or Director.

4. 18.6. Inflicting bodily injury on a faculty member or administrative personnel or a student within
the /University.

4. 18.7. For part and full-timers, teaching in other school and/or working full-time in other institution
without permission.

4. 18.8. Making malicious, obscene or libelous statements about any member of the academic
community

4. 18.9. Disorderly behavior or promoting or participating in gambling and/or drinking during class or
office hours

4, 18.10. Misuse of University name, property, or equipment for personal and/or commercial
purposes

4.18.11. Grave public scandal
4. 18.12. Unauthorized and unjustified possession of final examination questionnaires

4. 18.13. Plagiarism and falsification of any document and other forms of dishonesty

4. 18.14. Illegal possession of drugs or deadly weapons on campus

4. 18.15. Discrediting of University's name in public
4.18.16. Tampering with official or faculty grading records

4. 18.17. Changing of a grade of a student in consideration of some remuneration

4.18.18. Final conviction by a court of law of a crime involving moral turpitude
4.18.19. Sexual Harassment
