This machine make bonnell spring used to make mattresses. It
supports different steel wire thickness, and it can make springs
with different diameters and height.
It programmed by using a computer and PLC.
It makes the spring and ties the both ends and apply thermic
treatment.
Esta máquina es utilizada para la fabricación de resortes de
acero utlizados en la manufacturación de colchones resortados.
Soporta diversos grosores de alambre, para fabricar resortes en
diferentes densidades, con diferentes diámetro y altura.
Es programada computacionalmente y controlada mediante
pantalla PLC
Es un círculo de producción. El alambre es enroscado, anudado
en ambos extremos y aplicado tratamiento térmico.

This machine can essemble bonnell springs, creating the spring rack to
manufacture spring mattresses. It ties the springs making quickly and esily the
rack, that can be later reinforced with a Steel frame and finish the mattress.
• It ties the spring on the top and bottom simmultaneously .
• The number of line of spring is programmed in the computer
• It ties the springs by using a helical cable
• The machine stop then the rack get the number of lines programmed.
• The spring have to be placed manually in the machine, all the rest is made by
the machine
Esta máquina es utilizada para ensamblar resortes de acero utlizados en la
manufacturación de colchones resortados. Permite ensamblar los resortes para
que posteriormente sean reforzados por un marco de alambre de acero y armar
el colchón.
• Amarra los resortes en la parte superior e inferior en forma simultanea y
automática.
• El número de líneas de resortes puede ser programado computacionalmente
