FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Since founding Sandstone, Eri has been at the helm of the company’s immense growth. He is
an experienced investor, manager, and developer with a diverse portfolio that includes office,
retail, industrial, hotel, and multifamily properties. A native of Israel, Eri immigrated to the U.S.
in 1986 and launched a successful medical laser distribution company. He reinvested that capital
into real estate, purchasing Sandstone’s first property in 1994 and growing its portfolio to $650
million in assets.

David Garcia

VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

David joined Sandstone in 2003 and oversees all aspects of its operations, including acquisition,

disposition, leasing, development, and asset management. Prior to Sandstone, David held
management positions at Kilroy Realty and The Voit Company. He received his Bachelor of Arts
in Business from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in Real Estate & Corporate Finance
from the University of Southern California.

Lynn Beckemeyer

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT | DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION

Lynn is responsible for acquisition, development, and construction at Sandstone with a focus on
multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use urban infill projects. He has more than 30 years of real estate
development, design, construction, and operating experience, and most recently managed private
equity real estate investments before joining Sandstone. Lynn is an alumnus of Harvard University
and Kansas State University, and a member of various professional organizations and boards.
