speakin‘. What if you really were a beautiful girl?
ALYSON
I‘m not.
BENNY
I know ya don‘t think so. But you‘re an actress- use your imagination. Suppose the truth was you
were really pretty? And bright, and talented.
ALYSON
(Confused) I don‘t know.
BENNY
Well ya are. But it doesn‘t matter that I see it. You gotta see it. Farshtaist? If you see it, everyone‘ll
see it. (Moment) What.
ALYSON
