foresight of the authors of work [66], namely, those who called the formation of the
blastocyst - cavitation. Of course, they had in mind the appearance of the bladder of the
paired concept of the blastocyst-trophectoderm, the trophectoderm as a bubble envelope,
and the blastocyst as its internal contents. But, as they say, the truth was somewhere
nearby, and we are going to reveal it, using the final statements of the authors [66]:
- trophectoderm acquires the ability to initiate and regulate cavitation events,
forming gene products that facilitate transportation and retention of the blastocoeline
fluid as the blastocyst accumulates in the nascent cavity [66]; in other words, here the
main role is played by cavitation, we will clarify our thought: the easiest and easiest way
for genic products, including water mixture, to leak through the membrane, and its role
is played by layers of trophectoderm cells - the formation of gas bubbles, with a high
content of air, these bubbles adhere to the membrane and at any opportunity, say under
the action of osmotic pressure, these bubbles are indented through the pores of the
membrane, collapsing on the opposite side, thereby entering the cavity of the blastocyst
and Products consisting mainly of ions of various chemical elements (ChE) and salts,
enzymes, as well as the water mixture that constitutes the shell of bubbles, here we must
also assume the possibility of formation of bubbles purely in a gaseous medium, as is
the case in the air inside a functioning RHP (Ranque-Hilsch pipe is the main basic
element of IHS technology - an Intensive heating system [69]); depending on the
strength and power of this cavitation process, the temperature and energy effects, so
necessary for the newly emerging new cell - the blastocyst, the future embryonic cell -
are generated; however, the gene-product, energy, temperature self-regulation and
homoiothermia at the pre-embryonic stage originate from this EC, for some reason - no;
- it means that cavitation occurs, the embryo relies on the development of polarized
epithelium; The blastocell liquid is predominantly water, thus the mechanism of its
production and accumulation depends on the ion transport properties of trophectoderm;
therefore, the authors call the blastocyst cavitation [65]; polarization of the epithelium
in particular is caused by the electrically charged blastocoelus and the external
environment on the other side of the membrane - the layers of trophectoderm cells, this
phenomenon, being the impetus, will contribute to the onset of the cavitation process,
which was discussed above;
- trophectoderm is an ideal model for the differentiation of epithelial cells, as this
epithelium arises "de novo" from apolar blastomeres [65]; and here we must state the
perspicacity of the authors of the work under discussion; the formation of prerequisites
for future embryonic cell differentiation is extremely important for the transformation
of the blastocyst into the living cell of the future organism - biota, and this means how
important the mechanism of cavitation in our interpretation is, it would be reasonable to
write in this context: the epithelium arises "de novo", cavitating; We would like to make
one more general remark: in our data additions and clarifications with respect to the
provisions of work [65] considered in the section we write in general “cavitation”, but
if we follow our definition of this concept from the previous section, then we should
clarify the points where the derivative concept “cavition” occurs; since the bubble
