We assign the second quarter of the twenty-first century to the race of the
Noosphere-Cavition Man (NCM): by that time mankind should be fully aware of its
noospheric essence and accept, recognize the fundamental provisions of Vernadsky's
noosphere theory, as well as its installation on the fundamental force of natural radiation
background in the sense of its status as a force of fundamental interaction (FFIN), along
with the fifth known nature of the FFIN.
