        RANGE OF SUBJECTS


        To receive the Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Common
        Law Practice, you need to complete eight subjects in total including
        the Capstone Subject or Major Project. A minimum of four subjects
        must be from the Common Law Practice jurisdictional stream.

              NZLP5 – Personal Injury and Torts Practice (New Zealand)

              NZLP6 – Property Law Practice (New Zealand)


              NZLP7 – Wills, Estates and Trusts Practice (New Zealand)


              NZLP15 – Major Project (New Zealand)





          You may also choose subjects  from three other
          jurisdictional streams - ASEAN+6 Cross-Border,
