14. USER VOICES
In line with our rst core principle of “Student centeredness: Prioritizing student needs”, the Research Unit of Research, Planning & Quality Section solely monitors and evaluates every aspect of the user's interaction with the Library. Through the use of various platforms (e.g. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, LimeSurvey & SPSS), the Unit conducts surveys among clients on an ad hoc basis to track satisfaction levels with the Library’s services and resources. In 2016, some of the responses were obtained from the surveys which informed policies are shown in the graphs below:
