Over the past 30 years, the NYAA Council has been honoured to journey alongside you — our Gold
Award holders — as you discovered your strengths, built resilience, and grew into leaders with
purpose. Yet the Gold Award is not the end of the road. It is a milestone that opens the way to deeper
service and broader impact.

The establishment of the NYAA Gold Award Holders’ Alumni (GAHA) in 1995 was a natural continuation
of this journey. GAHA reflects the very heart of what the NYAA stands for: that true achievement is
measured not only by personal success, but by the ability to use one’s talents, energy, and ideals to
uplift others and contribute to society.

As the next chapter unfolds, we encourage every Gold Award holder to continue embodying the
ethos of Service Beyond Gold — to mentor younger generations, champion meaningful causes, and
build bridges across communities and nations. In doing so, you strengthen the NYAA legacy and live
out the spirit of lifelong service and leadership.

Together, as a united community of changemakers, may GAHA members continue to impact lives,
advance society, and inspire future generations to reach beyond themselves for the greater good.

On this 30th Anniversary of GAHA, we congratulate all members on your achievements and reaffirm
our commitment to walk with you — serving with purpose, leading with heart, and carrying the
NYAA legacy proudly into the future.
