youth for the demands of a rapidly evolving global
economy. As a Board Member of both SkillsFuture
Singapore and Singapore Polytechnic, he contributes
to advancing skills mastery, innovation, and talent
development at the national level.
Prior to his current appointment, Albert served in
leadership roles in various capacities, including at
the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Ministry of Finance
(MOF), and the Ministry of National Development
(MND). In these various capacities, he has had the
opportunity to contribute to strengthening our
social compact, including in healthcare financing
