There is no paid staff, being a close member of the family belonging to the Executive Director or a
governing council member of the Association, who has received remuneration exceeding $50,000
during the financial year.

National Council Meetings 2021 & Annual General Meeting 2021

There were three meetings and an AGM in 2021 with 24 council members and one representative
from the People's Association. At the AGM, three Members: Dr Tan Chi Chiu, Dr Kevin Tan Yew Lee
and Mr Edward Chia Bing Hui, stepped down, while four new members, Dr Mala Satkunanantham,
Mr Desmond Chong Kok Hwee, Mr Gary Shen Weiren and Dr Angela Lee Hui Mien were elected at
the AGM.

The average attendance for Council Meetings is 81.3%. Please see attached attendance list.
