treatment continuity as well as improving the health of our patients. If a
client is afraid of going to the doctor, which we understand, we want to

assure them that we encourage patients to take precautions when visiting,

like sitting a good distance from others, washing your hands frequently, not
touching your face etc. But keeping their medical appointments is still very

important to case value, and unfortunately that is not going to change.

All that to say, we are still open and still taking patients while adding

extra cleaning and health protocols. Our top priority is ensuring a safe
and secure environment for both our team members and our patients.

Therefore, we are closely monitoring the latest news reports regarding
COVID-19 and following all CDC guidelines and recommendations.

Although there have been no cases of Coronavirus at our facilities, we

continue to take great measures in protecting our team members as well as
our patients.

We have always, and will continue to:

• Require all team members to properly clean and disinfect all tables,
surfaces and equipment after every use.

• Encourage and practice good hygiene, as per CDC guidelines.
• Perform after-hours deep cleaning and sanitizing.
