Complete your Federal TTB and State liquor control commission licensing. Work on getting your bond first as that can take some time. Start with your insurance agency; they may work with a surety company.

Get to know the people in your state tourism office. This can be a good resource to build awareness about your new business

Develop a list of contacts at local newspapers and media outlets; use this group every time you send out a press release.

Determine the bottle/package that you plan to use. The glass market is tight at the moment; find a supplier and learn their ordering
requirements.
Have a good attorney and accountant at the ready.
