The aggregates, ready mixed concrete and cement industries provide the building blocks for society. PACA is the leading voice for these industries, protecting them from common threats, creating a sense of community among industry professionals, creating space for them to unite with common goals, and educating all Pennsylvanians about the importance and value of our construction materials. The PACA community represents all companies that believe in the importance of doing business in an environmentally sound, sustainable and economically responsible manner.
Our mission is to elevate PACA as the premier building-materials association and achieve widespread recognition of our industry’s crucial role in building and connecting Pennsylvania’s communities. We plan on doing this through the board-approved 2025 Strategic Plan, which focuses our efforts and resources around:
• A common-sense and balanced regulatory environment.
• Specifications that deliver resilient, durable, and innovative products to both the public and private sectors of our economy.
• Pursuing dialogue with policymakers and our surrounding communities to responsibly manage our limited natural resources, which deliver much-needed business and job growth across the commonwealth.
• Education and training our workforce to deliver solutions to our customers each and every day.

PACA represents more than 200 companies across the state, and we are proud to see that number continue to rise.
