cave and to help with the exploration. It
was quite a find – a remarkably complex
cave of a maze of intersecting passages.
This took up to four survey teams working
day after day to gather the data for the
survey. Once again the expedition had
set a record; this time by exploring and
mapping 8.2 km of passage in Krem Puri
alone. This was now, by far, the longest
sandstone cave in India with an unknown
amount still unexplored. In total the
expedition returned with in excess of 18
km of new caves explored and mapped. It
is time to think about going back. A smallish Huntsman spider in Krem Puri – about the size of a hand
