               The aim of this event was to improve sports competition within United
               Kingdom Midlands and develop team skills within the Military.

                                                                        East of the country. This was a multi-sport event,
                                                                        which saw teams participating in squash, football,
                                                                        cross fit, badminton and volleyball. The Military

                                                                        Provost Staff as a regiment took part in football

                                                                        and volleyball.
                                                                        Volleyball Tournament
                                                                        On the day, registration began at 0800 hrs
                                                                        followed by a central briefing to all teams and

                                                                        team captains. Soon after was the commencement
                                                                        of the tournament. There were twelve unit teams
                                                                        in total for the Volleyball tournament. This was
                                                                        divided into two groups. The Military Provost Staff
                                                                        regiment was placed in group B. We played a

                                                                        grand total of five games in round one. We went
