The works involved the enclosure of a previously external space to New covered despatch area and
form a covered dispatch area together with the removal of hazardous
asbestos roofing and cladding from adjacent buildings which were R&D shop refurbishment
re-clad whilst keeping the production areas operational during what,
at the time, was the wettest summer on record. Structural Engineer:
The project was completed on time for this Xylem brand commercial Davidson Walsh
pump manufacturer.
