There are two colums under the first row. There is a column that contains icons for my "Files", "Recent", "Shared", "Recycled Bin", and also icons for all TEAMs and Groups I am a Part Of or have created. There is also a text button for "Get the OneDrive App". It is recommended you get this app for your computer, tablet or phone so that you can sync a folder on that device with your OneDrive account. If, on the left column, you click on "Files" - All of your files and folders will appear on the right column
