                      Ayut'ia.  Hsenwi, Mtiang           Miiang
         Hang  fell once more under Burmese domination.     But
         the  King  of Ava did not  long  survive his  adversary ; he
         fell  ill and died on the return  journey  from the Shan
         States, and Maha   T'ammaraja,  his son, reigned  in his
         stead.
