I just mustered up the courage to walk to the doctors and
it’s SO COLD my face was stinging. 'MILES'!!?! MILES?!
I walked a few paces. I live about 2 doors from my
doctors! I also managed to get all the way to the chemist -
another few paces, in desperate need of hair conditioner
to finally sort out my inexcusable mop. Got all the way
home before I realised I’d picked up shampoo. DOH! I
ain’t going back. I'll just have to have clean hair but with
the appearance of a rodent that’s crawled onto my head
to die.
I think I might be getting more ill because I sometimes go
up to 3 days at a time without even getting outside! I have
a new clinic to go to where they're going to teach me n
help me set goals to do the right sort of things but
pacing myself. I'm crossing my fingers it'll be good!

Last night I felt trembling like an Earth quake. I could feel
the flat rumbling. This morning I found out there was an
earthquake in Loughborough last night. Could I have felt
that? From this far away or coincidence, or ESP, or did
anyone else feel it?

I started watching a Video ‘cos it said all the people
featured have a diagnosis of Bi-Polar but I'm watching
this 1st woman thinking "That looks NOTHING LIKE
Bi-Polar”!? Based on 1st hand experience of having a
diagnosis of bi-polar myself, working in it and studying it.
