Good evening and welcome to you all
for this evening's game. I'd like to ex-
tend that welcome to all of Farnham's
players and officials as well as the match
refereeing team.
So today will mark our fourth game in eleven days and following on
from such a prolonged break it's been very much welcomed.
It was two from two before Saturday's defeat put the first blemish on
the record but all in all it has been a pretty positive start.
Saturday could have gone either way for a long time and on another
day with a little bit more quality and composure at times the result
could have been a more favourable one.
What we won't do is let one game define us and with the games com-
ing thick and fast we have an immediate opportunity to get back on
track this evening.
In Farnham we'll face a tough assignment, they've had a perfect start.
However, their 100% start is one of only three at this very early stage
of the season and shows that not only can any given side beat anoth-
er but that a consistent run of results could be all important later in
the season.
Following on from this evening we have a trip to Alford in the FA
Vase this coming Saturday so let's hope that we can get back to win-
ning ways ahead of that trip into Sussex.
Enjoy the game.
