The Parade of Homes™ has been an annual event in Central Florida for more than 60 years. Produced each year by the Greater
Orlando Builders Association to showcase the area’s best of the best, the Parade of Homes™ provides the Central Florida
community an opportunity to explore the latest trends and grandest innovations in home design, energy efficiency, green
building applications, new home choices and so much more.
This FREE, self-guided tour of Central Florida’s most inspiring homes is a can’t-miss event for anyone looking for their next
home, remodeling their current home, or wanting to see the greatest in architecture and design.
This year, guests can visit nearly 100 entries ranging from new communities, new homes, whole house renovations, and specialty
remodeling. Whether you are looking for a new home or to remodel your current home, the 64th Annual Parade of Homes™ has
something for everyone!
