Truth-in-lending Disclosure
Provides information about your loan from your lender, if you are
applying for a reverse mortgage, a HELOC, or a manufactured
housing loan that is not secured by real estate. Information includes
the loan amount, interest rates, fees, and any special features.
Loan estimate and closing disclosure forms replace this form for
most loans after October 3, 2015.
