A Condominium is a term used to describe the type of ownership
relating to a property, and not the structure or design. Condomin-
iums can be a single building or a set of buildings with each unit
having separate owners. The most distinctive feature of a condo-
minium is that the owner only owns the inside of their unit, and
shares the ownership of everything outside with others.
