mortgage broker are good sources for help.

To make your choice, gather your Homebuyer’s Wishlist and
compare it with your Homebuyer’s Walkthrough Assessment
Form. The house with the highest number of checkmarks ( )
indicates the one you are most satisfied with. If you have too many
( ) and or (�) then this may not be the house for you. Be very
detail and deliberate in your choice. It will be worth it in the end.
