If you have ever wondered why the car park gets pretty crowded in the Marquee Plaza just off the West Bay Road it’s because everyone is eating at Cimboco! This is the kind of place that welcomes you in time and time again, so it becomes a natural habit to eat here at least once a week! Cimboco is a really great place that is especially welcoming for families for its friendly, relaxed, laid-back atmosphere and its delicious food. One cool point to note, the restaurant is named after the first locally built, motorised sailing ship in Cayman, which was launched in May 1927.
Breakfast is always a big draw
for diners, especially at the weekend when everyone can spend some time enjoying their meal, and they do them exceptionally well! Enjoy eggs Benedict with two poached eggs on toasted hearth bread, Canadian bacon and spinach
