Dive with the pros at Indigo Divers
Dive with the pros
Indigo Divers was formed in August 2004 and have built
up a strong reputation as a great dive operation catering in particular to small groups (in fact they guaranty a maximum of six divers on the boat). They also provide two guides on wall dives.
This small family owned and operated business provides full PADI instruction by dive pros, owners Chris and Katie and two other knowledgeable instructors, who will take you diving on their boats cutely named Cat’s Meow and Cat’s Whiskers. Their private dock and parking in West Bay is just a two minute boat ride from some of the best wall dives in the Cayman Islands, such as Orange Canyon, Trinity Caves and Big Tunnels. Their focus is more on the flora and fauna you will discover, rather than viewing the dive as an adrenaline sport and they specialise in seeking out the smaller, more unusual critters. They also participate in the Cayman Dive 365 programme and are instrumental in locating and naming an additional 11 dive sites on the north wall. Indigo Divers are also participants in the Cayman Government’s Department of the Environment’s shark logging programme.
Indigo Divers have gained a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor consistently for the past 10 years, and are also recognised in TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame for the last three years with a Certificate of Excellence.
