Recruitment Process
Placement Fees:
For permanent placement, a percentage of the Candidate’s remuneration package, which will include base salary as well as any other benefits are regarded as part of a Candidate’s remuneration, this factor will be included when assessing the fee. Vehicles provided to Candidates will be valued at $15,000.00 per annum.
Guarantee of Service:
EQUIP provides a three (3) month replacement guarantee with every Candidate supplied on a permanent basis, subject to terms outlined in the EQUIP terms and conditions.
