Temporary/Contract Staff Recruitment
Rates:
The varied nature of temp work and the requirements of different contracts require EQUIP to quote specific rates for each individual contract.
For temp placements on an hourly rate the minimum length of time a Candidate shall be employed will be four (4) hours per day (hours will be charged to the nearest half hour).
The hourly rate fee excludes GST but includes ACC premiums, PAYE tax, Kiwisaver deductions, and any other deductions/levies required by New Zealand Law.

Health & Safety
Our responsibility
All EQUIP temp staff complete a Health & Safety Induction to ensure that they identify and mitigate risk on your work site. Pre-screening will be completed and may include: literacy, numeracy, drug and relevant health checks.
