The whole energy of increasing our service levels, being more efficient, great systems and continuously improving on these, being a market leader known as the best in that field, being a fun place to work and pulling the team along with a great culture all helped manage the business. These were the drivers. We were driven not by money, but when we got it right, the money flowed without forcing it. We were driven by customer experience and satisfaction over profits.
Paulism: We can forever be trying to work on management theories and psychology for better business, but we can overdo it. Management is a process.
