Street Day Collection
While many of our beloved regular fundraising events were delayed or cancelled due to COVID, this year we were able to hold our street collection and raised over $41,000.

FUNDRAISING
Despite the cancellation of fundraising events and the losses experienced through retail closures, our donors stepped up tremendously giving through regular giving, Days of Care, major donations, and gifts in kind. We were so grateful for the continued support of our philanthropic trusts and grant providers.
Garden of Appreciation
The Garden of Appreciation is a joint community project between Te Omanga Hospice, the Rotary Club of Hutt River
Valley and the Hutt City Council. Since its inception in November
2005, it has enjoyed the support of families who are looking to create a permanent tribute to a loved one or
to commemorate a special event or memory. We were grateful to be able to hold the blessing ceremony this year
albeit with reduced people attending.
Red Knights Firefighter Motorcycle Club NZ
This amazing group held a fundraising ride for Te Omanga Hospice with up to 100 people registered for the ride, raising an incredible $2900 for our patients and families.
