Windows

• There is no cluster standard for replacement windows.
• All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board.
• Windows may be single or double-hung and must have mullions and muntins (grids).
• Window trim may be composed of wood, aluminum-clad wood, or fiber cement; window
trim capping is permissible.
• Window frames may be composed of wood, vinyl, vinyl composite, fiberglass, or any vinyl-
coated material.
• Muntins (grids) may be flat, contoured, simulated or true divided lite and may be contained
within a single pane of glass.
