1. The top of the fence shall be horizontal. If the ground slopes, the fence is to be stepped down.

2. The bottom of the fence is to be no more than 6” above grade level at any point. (slope to follow
grade)

3. Fence shall be board on board type constructed in design, material and color to match existing
fences in the cluster.

4. If a gate is required, it must match the fence in material, design, height and color, the top shall be
flush with fence and horizontal.

5. Fence gates pressure treated wood, solid board, rounded or flat top, flush with fence, color: to
match cluster standards for exterior color for fences in County Walk Cluster.
