Front Entry Railing

• Some homes have black, wrought iron railing on front steps
• The concrete walks are simple with steps on front of some properties
• The front entry walkways and stoops can also be constructed in the same dimensions and
footprint of existing stoops with specific size of natural slate or bluestone; however, an
application is required to be reviewed by RA staff for approval
