The Rapids at Riverfront Place


            The W.C. Bradley Co. has announce the largest real estate venture in its long history; The Rapids at
            Riverfront Place.  The aggressive project will add 226 new luxury apartment homes in a five-story

            structure just north of the 13  Street bridge.
            It will also include a restaurant, retail space, park and 313-space parking garage.

            The project exceeds the cost of other developments such as Synovus Centre and Eagle & Phenix Mills
            condominiums and apartments along the river and Maple Ridge, a golf community in north Columbus.

            The Rapids is the first piece of a multi-phase development on nearly 7.5 acres between the 13  and 14 th
            Street bridges and Broadway and the river. The initial phase, which will include a park open to public
            use, will occupy less than 2.5 acres of the tract that the company acquired in 2003.

            Construction has begun, on this project we are working with Brasfield & Gorrie. Our scope of work
            includes; Electrical, Fire Alarm, Cameras, Access Control, Gates, and Phone/Data. Our team of
            Managers are Barry Cook, Randy Brown, David Roberts and Andy Wangle. Leading the teams are

            Adam Green, John Upton, David Sanabria, Ross Eversman & Mike Lloyd.  The first apartments in the
            414,000-square foot mixed-use building could be available in March 2019.
