Three Pancras Square is a mixed-use building, combining commercial facilities alongside office accommodation. As part of the overall KXC development, the building complements and heightens relationship with the surrounding urban fabric. It reinforces the hi- erarchy and legibility of streets, spaces and surrounding area as indicated in the masterplan with main building entrances positioned along the main public routes.
