This office building occupies a prominent position on Syngrou Avenue in Athens close to the Acropolis. It is wedged on a triangular site between busy roads.
The flatiron plan of the building and projecting metal eaves have a distinct figural presence. The solidity and robustness of masonry “book- ends” at the East and the West elevation are contrasted with the fragility of the glass and metal envelope inserted onto the masonry base. It em- beds traditional and modern aspect in unique architectural expression
The building has a total surface of 14.500 sqm distributed over eight floors above ground, and seven levels belove ground designed as a car park. Cost: $16,8 million;
