Bridget has over twenty-years of sales, marketing and operational experience in senior living, which includes multi‐site management of 18 communities and over 2,300 units across the midwest and encompasses all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and CCRC’s. Her role as VP of Senior Operations is to incorporate a higher level of industry specific standards. Bridget’s expertise in the industry is comprised of recruiting and developing talent, team‐building, market analysis, budgeting/forecasting, strategic planning, occupancy growth and ensures operational effectiveness across OPG’s age restricted senior portfolio. Bridget’s vast experience in the senior arena includes sales coaching for two industry leaders, (Sunrise Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Solutions).
RICHARD NAPPER

Over the past twenty-five years Richard Napper has been involved in large scale commercial real estate development and structured finance with projects ranging from Phoenix, Arizona to Kansas City to Washington, D.C. Richard has been a principal with projects that have won Trophy Office Building of the year in Washington D.C as well as the CDFA Excellence in Bond Finance award. Richard’s list of partners and clients include institutional investors including EPR Properties, Fortis Advisors, Apollo, Bank of America, Mutual of New York, Starwood Capital and Stifel Nicolaus. Most recently Richard has served as the master plan developer on behalf of EPR Properties, overseeing the development of a 400 acre master plan that in 2013 was raw land and today is home to users including Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, the World HQ of Dairy Farmers of America, HCA Medical, U.S Soccer’s National Training Center and a host of other.

Brensing has been the recipient for numerous national and local awards for his key involvement in projects including the Kansas City Business Journal’s Capstone Award, a Kan-Struct Award, an Associated General Contractors Award, an Architecture Podium International Architecture Award and the 2013 Bond Financed Project Of The Year award from the Council of Development Finance Agencies.
