PB&J Restaurants, Inc. is a locally owned and operated restaurant company delighting guests with renowned food and service for over 20 years. In 2007, they broadened their portfolio to include local corporations and residential communities like The Fairways of Ironhorse to provide over 1,000 meals a day. Today PB&J operates 18 restaurants or food service operations.
PB&J brings a refreshing and unique approach to the food service business by staffing real chefs at all their locations, using local produce, local products, and by creating a healthy way of eating for all.

Through our partnership with PB&J, The Fairways of Ironhorse is in a position to help you make a difference in your daily health and well being. We are changing the community dining experience by focusing on healthy farm fresh locally grown foods. In partnership with Good Natured Family Farms, an alliance of 150 local family farms, all Fairways of Ironhorse restaurant menus feature locally grown fruits and vegetables, all-natural meats, farmhouse cheeses, local honey, farm fresh milk, and other locally grown and seasonally produce foods.
