In November is “Loi Krathong Day”. It is on the 15 full
moon (15kham) of the 12 th lunar month of the Buddhist
calendar. Our school joins the community to conserve Thai
customs. We join the Kra Thong parade competition with the
dresses from the Sukhothai Period. In the evening, we go to
Sa Phang Thong to float the kra thongs. Our kra thongs are
made of banana leaves. We wish to have a good life and good
health. We also ask Mae Kkong Kha to forgive us for our bad
deeds.
