The Life Experiences of Carol Solt
“I am a big believer that everything comes back to you. You get what you give out” - Nancy Reagan. This is a quote that has always described my grandmother very well. She is a very smart, caring, knowledgeable person. I am honoring Carol Solt for all of the important life lessons and for her always supporting her family, and her community.
Wherever she goes, whatever she does, whoever she meets, she will still be honored and respected no matter what. He life mostly revolves around her family. She has 3 kids (1 girl and 2 boys). She also has 3 grandchildren (1 girl and 2 boys). She admires each and everyone of them. She is very dedicated to her family because she supports all of their projects and accomplishments.
Earlier in her life, before she retired, she worked at the Farmhouse as the head chef for the bakery and desserts. She also worked at a phone company down in Seattle. She loved to see the smile on her customers faces, the feeling that she did good and someone is pleased with the outcome.
If you bring up anything about cooking, baking, or about food, you are in for a interesting conversation. She loves to talk about what she is making and she thinks would be a good recipe to her family. When she was a baker she went home and tried hundreds of new recipes and her children got to try them. After she retired from baking, she shared all of her recipes with her daughter. She likes to cook for her husband and herself.
Her husband and her used to work night shifts when they were younger. Now they stay up til 2 or 3 in the morning, and wake up at 1, 2, or 3 in the afternoon. They like to watch television , listen to classical music, and go to the grocery store together all of the time.
She has affected so many people's lives, but she has definitely impacted mine more than anyone. Ever since I can remember she has been there for me, helping me with anything I needed help with. She also has taught me so much throughout the years and I admire her for that. For example, she taught me that I should respect anyone no matter who they are, and what they have done in their lifetime. She has also told me that I should appreciate what I have in life and that I do have a life. She is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met in my lifetime.
Carol Solt is the best grandmother, teacher, and preacher anyone could over want!
