PROJECT DESCRIPTION
• 608 bed single building community constructed on campus at former intramural soccer field site
• Mix of 1, 2, and 4 bedroom apartment style units tailored to accommodate upperclass students

• Each of the 7 building floors contain lounges and study rooms offering a mix of open and semi-private
spaces for resident interaction

• Centralized entrance to building from exterior courtyard. Outdoor courtyard amenity space includes ham-
mocks, table tennis, and BBQ grilling areas.
• Community includes student entrepreneurship center for NSU “Shark Cage” to serve all of campus
