PROJECT DESCRIPTION
• RISE Team selected in February 2009 for multi-phased project. Phased deliveries occurred in August
2010, August 2011, December 2011 and August 2012; each on-time and on-budget.
• Scope entailed 1,436 beds across three separate project sites; 1,080 space parking deck 1,215-seat,
38,860 SF Dining Hall; 50,000 SF retail and campus office building
• Housing includes suite-style living for civilian students as well as residence halls specifically designed for
the organizational structure of the Corp of Cadets
• Campus retail facility (Chestatee Building) houses the campus book store, Starbucks, Student Health
Center, Auxiliary Services offices as well as market-rate retail and office space
