We are grateful for our members! One of the most rewarding things I do as your Executive
Vice President is getting to know our members. This month I want to recognize two
incredible members.
Prestige Custom Homes is celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year. Lloyd Booth and
the Booth Family started their custom home building business in 1959. Todd Booth, who
maintains the family tradition of building luxury homes with pride and integrity, along with
COO John Brown, have added a private showroom and licensed interior designer to their
team.

Prestige Custom Homes is one of the oldest locally owned and operated homebuilders
in and around San Antonio. The business has changed over the years with new products,
Kristi Sutterfield design and materials but their customers remain their number one priority. Prestige
Executive Vice President Custom Homes was one of the featured builders in the 2018 Parade of Homes where their
home received rave reviews!

We want to take this opportunity to congratulate the Booth Family for their industry knowledge, integrity and strong values. We
wish you continued success in the future.
The Greater San Antonio Builders Association Young Professionals Leadership Committee (YPLC) continues to grow under the
leadership of this year’s chairwoman, Wyndy Clark of The Shrader Group. Wyndy is an enthusiastic, organized and knowledgeable
leader.
We are thrilled to share that Wyndy was a Finalist for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Young Professional of the
Year and she was recognized at the International Builders Show in February. Wyndy was recognized for her commitment to GSABA
and her inclusive leadership style.

The YPLC events and meetings have had record attendance this year. This committee is made up of GSABA members 45 years
old and younger. YPLC has well attended networking events that bring young professionals together forming lifelong connections.
They volunteer their time, talents and financial resources to Strong Foundation Ministries, and they have speakers who motivate
and train YPLC members in the single-family construction industry.

We are all extremely proud of Wyndy and every member of YPLC. If you have an interest in joining the YPLC group, call me at 210-

I would like to extend an invitation to everyone that would like to become more involved in the Association. I invite each of you
to attend the next Membership Mixer that will be held on Thursday, May 16th at Expressions Home Gallery. Network with me, our
leadership team and other GSABA members. If you would like to learn more about the Association’s Committees and Councils, you
are invited to Jeff Buell’s President’s Reception on Tuesday, May 7th at 10:30 a.m. in the Ray Ellison Ballroom that will held prior to the
Risk Management Class presented by Don Shelton.
